| We take great care to pack your purchases safely and securely. Each item is wrapped firstly in tissue paper and then bubble wrap. Where possible, we prefer to use recycled materials and often use newspaper as extra packing around each item. |

| With the exception of original paintings, we currently use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signed for) Delivery for our items. For the original paintings, we will either deliver in person or use an experienced courier service and notify you in advance. |

| Unwanted Itmes |
| We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return any items, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in fully resaleable condition. Please notify use immediately and return the item within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) in the original, undamaged packaging. If we find the item has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns can either be made in person, at the studio, or via a carrier. If you wish to return an item in person, please notify us beforehand. If you wish to use a carrier we recommend you use one that is insured, such as Royal Mail Recorded, as we cannot be held accountable for lost items. We cannot refund shipping charges on unwanted items. We will refund the price of the item or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used to make the purchase. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days - however, timings will depend on the speed with which your debit/credit card company processes the credit. |

| Damaged Items |
| Every care is taken to ensure your purchases arrive in good condition. However should any item arrive in damaged condition, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please notify us immediately and return the item, along with the original packing, within a reasonable time. Returns can either be made in person, at the studio, or via a carrier. If you wish to return an item in person, please notify us beforehand. If you wish to use a carrier, we recommend you use one that is insured, such as Royal Mail Recorded, as we cannot be held accountable for lost items. We will exchange the item as soon as it is received by us. It would help us enormously - but is not essential - if a photograph was taken of the damaged parcel, showing the condition in which it arrived, and a jpeg image sent to us. This would enable us to see how the damage may have occurred and take the appropriate steps to prevent it from happening again. |
